Product Description
Overview:
Jet Aspirator Aerator is an advanced aeration system designed for efficient oxygen transfer and mixing in wastewater treatment plants. It is widely used in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) for biological treatment processes.
The system operates on a jet aspirator principle, enabling atmospheric air suction and fine bubble dispersion without the need for external blowers or complex piping systems.
Working Principle:
The aerator consists of a rotating assembly that creates a vacuum effect, allowing atmospheric air to be drawn into the system. The air travels through a hollow shaft and is discharged into the wastewater through a specially designed air jet mechanism.
This process generates fine air bubbles that move in a spiral path, increasing the contact time between air and water. The result is efficient oxygen transfer along with strong mixing across the tank.
