Jet Aspirator Aerator is a high-performance aeration system designed to deliver efficient oxygen transfer and uniform mixing in wastewater treatment processes. It is suitable for STP and ETP applications requiring stable biological treatment conditions.
Working Principle:
The aerator operates on a vacuum-based air suction mechanism. The rotating assembly creates negative pressure, drawing atmospheric air into the system through intake ports.
The air is carried through a hollow shaft and discharged into the wastewater through a specially designed air jet screw. This produces fine air bubbles that travel in a spiral path, increasing air-water contact time and improving oxygen diffusion.
